I. GELTUNGSBEREICH / SCOPE

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Geschäftsbeziehungen zwischen der BodyFlyingPrague, Firmen-Ident.-Nr.: 02722119 (CZ), und ihren Kunden in der zum Zeitpunkt des Vertrags-abschluss gültigen Fassung / These Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relations between Bodyflying Prague, company ID No.:. 02722119 (CZ), and their clients in force at the time of conclusion of this Agreement.
2. Es gelten ausschließlich unsere AGB. IV. LIEFERUNG / DELIVERY

2. Die BodyFlyingPrague wird die Bestellungen umgehend nach der Bezahlung an die vom Kunden angegebene Adresse ausliefern. Die BodyFlyingPrague ist berechtigt, bei kurzfristigen Lieferengpässen, Teillieferungen zu machen, sofern die Gesamtlieferung zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt gewährleistet ist / The BodyflyingPrague will deliver the orders immediately after payment to the address specified by the customer. Die Preise auf der Webseite www.bodyflyingprague.com sind jedoch aktuell. 1. Bestellte und bezahlte Waren (Gutscheine) können nicht retourniert werden. Der Kunde ist berechtigt eine Ersatzperson zu finden und die Ware anderer Person überlassen / Ordered and paid goods (vouchers) can not be returned. 2. Gültigkeitsdauer von allen Waren ist 12 Monate vom Einkauf, falls es nicht um Sonderangebot geht (wird detailliert beschrieben). 3. Reservierte Termine sind verbindlich und die Teilnehmer sind verpflichtet zu erscheinen. Falls sie das nicht tun, Bodyflyingprague ist nicht verpflichtet einen Ersatztermin anzubieten und der reservierte Termin verfällt / Reserved dates are binding and the participants are required to appear. If they do not, BodyflyingPrague is under no obligation to offer an alternative date and the reserved date expires.
IX. ANWENDBARES RECHT UND GERICHTSSTAND / APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
1. Es gelten die Bestimmungen des tschechischen Rechtes. Gerichtsstand für alle Ansprüche im Zusammenhang Ihrer Bestellung ist Prag / Applies the law of Czech republic. Jurisdiction for any claims related your order is Prague.
